5x3 EMOM Kettlebell Workout

This week’s workout is an Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM) workout - with a twist!

Complete 3 rounds of 5 minutes, EMOM format. EMOM means you will complete the designated number of repetitions at the top of the minute, and then rest for the remainder of the minute. Round 1 will be 10 reps at the top of the minute, round 2 will be 8 reps at the top of the minute, and round 3 will be 6 reps at the top of the minute.

Since the reps go down each round (and the corresponding rest interval goes up), you can increase your weight each round. Rest as needed between each 5 minute round.

Round 1: 10 reps of each
Swing
Clean
Squat
Push press
Kettlebell push up

Round 2: 8 reps of each
Swing
Clean
Squat
Push press
Kettlebell push up

Round 3: 6 reps of each
Swing

Squat
Push press
